Our New Normal  

Well, it looks like Pandemic Times are here to stay for a little while.  At Bike Therapy, we are still going at double pace to build bikes for new riders, update your old ride, maintain your bike and keep you kitted and fueled up!

Here are a few things to note about our "new normal":  

I ordered my bike online. How soon will it be ready? We're working hard to get bikes assembled and ready for delivery.  We are down to just a few days to have your new purchase assembled, phew!  We will provide an ETA when we confirm your order.  Contact us with any questions. 

If the bike is coming from a warehouse, it could take two weeks to arrive (our suppliers' warehouses are dealing with the same social distancing and staffing issues as we all are). We will follow up with you once we receive your order with exact info. Thank you for your patience!  

How is the shopping experience at the store right now? Our showroom is open, and three customers (families) are allowed in the store at one time.  We are working hard to keep wait times down and make your shopping as easy and safe as possible. Per Santa Clara County requirements, masks but be worn at all times.   

Can I bring my bike in for repair?  Due to high demand, our current wait for any service appointment beyond a flat repair is 2-3weeks. If you just need a flat changed, we will fix your flat as-you-wait or same-day service.  Once in a while you might have to leave it just overnight with us. 

What’s the best way to get an answer to my question?  Text us at 669-888-3882 (our store number) and we will get back to you as soon as we can, between helping customers in the store.

Are your demo bikes available?  Due to current market conditions, we had to suspend our demo program until further notice. You may still test-ride bikes from the shop but not able to rent a demo bike overnight.

Are your rides still happening?  No, unfortunately we had to suspend all group activities. We encourage you to ride solo!

Do I have to come inside the store? We offer online ordering, shipping directly to you at home, free in-store or curbside pickup. We also offer local delivery with purchases over $50.
