If you are purchasing a bike that we have in-store, it may take up to two weeks for us to get your new bike assembled. We've added staff and are working overtime. We will get it to you as fast as we can...promise!
If you are purchasing a bike or equipment item from a "warehouse location", please be aware that these items are coming from our vendor's warehouse(s) and that these orders seeing significant delays, up to three weeks.

At Bike Therapy, we are working overtime to keep your bike going and you fueled up!
We all need an outlet for our pent-up energy. We want your love of cycling to be an escape! We encourage you to get some fresh air, a dose of relaxation, and restore a sense of calm.

How is the shopping experience at the store right now? Our showroom is open, and three customers (families) are allowed in the store at one time. We are working hard to keep wait times down and make your shopping as easy and safe as possible. Per Santa Clara County requirements, masks but be worn at all times.
Can I bring my bike in for repair? Due to high demand, our current wait for any service appointment beyond a flat repair is 4-5 weeks. If you just need a flat changed, we will fix your flat as-you-wait, or as a same-day service.
What’s the best way to get an answer to my question? Text us at 669-888-3882 (our store number) and we will get back to you as soon as we can, between helping customers in the store.
I ordered my bike online. How soon will it be ready? Due to overwhelming demand, it may take us up to two weeks to get your new bike assembled. We have added additional staff and are working longer hours. We will get your bike assembled as quick as we can.
If the bike is coming from a warehouse, it could take two weeks to arrive (our suppliers' warehouses are dealing with the same social distancing and staffing issues as we all are). We will follow up with you once we receive your order with exact info. Thank you for your patience!
Do you have cruiser bikes? We are currently sold out of all Electra cruisers. We have select, premium Townies in stock (no base model). More Electra cruisers are on order but we won’t see them until July at the earliest
Are your demo bikes available? Due to current market conditions, we had to suspend our demo program until further notice. You may still test ride bikes from the shop but not able to rent a demo bike overnight.
Are your rides still happening? No, unfortunately we had to suspend all group activities. We encourage you to ride solo!
Do I have to come inside the store? We offer online ordering, shipping directly to you at home, free in-store or curbside pickup. We also offer local delivery with purchases over $50.
